Two quick steps
Get an Instant Quote
Measure your space, then get an instant estimate. It's a planning number, not a final quote. We confirm real pricing after we see your counters in person.
How to measure in 4 steps
- Work in inches. Measure the length and the depth (front to back) of each counter run.
- Break odd shapes into rectangles. An L-shape is two sections, a U-shape is three. For an angled or diagonal run, measure its longest length and depth as one section.
- Include overhangs. Measure to the outside edge where the counter ends, not just the cabinet.
- Add backsplashes and islands as their own sections if you want them done too.
Standard kitchen counters are about 25 to 26 inches deep, so if you're not sure on depth, start there. We double-check every measurement on site before anything is final.
Measure each piece's length × depth and add it as a section. For an angled run, measure its longest length and depth. We confirm the exact angle on site.
Your instant estimate
Add a section for each counter run. We'll total the square footage and give you a starting range, then you can lock in a real quote.
Countertop estimate
Enter length and depth in inches for each section.

Measuring & estimate questions
No. The number you get here is a starting estimate built to help you plan. Every surface is different, and things like edge profiles, backsplashes, repairs to the base, and your color and design all affect the final number. We confirm real pricing only after we see the space in person.
Close is fine for an estimate. Round to the nearest inch. When we come out, we measure precisely and check the surface underneath. You won't be held to the numbers you type here.
Break it into rectangles. Measure each straight section as its own length by depth and add one for each. An L-shape is two rectangles, a U-shape is three. For an angled or diagonal run, draw an imaginary box around it and measure that longest length and depth as a single section. We confirm the exact angle when we measure on site, so a close estimate is all you need here.
Yes. Add a section for the island top, and a section for any backsplash (its length by its height). Not sure how to count something? Send us a photo and we'll sort it out.
