Estimates are not final quotes

The pricing calculator and any figure you get from this website are estimates only. They're meant to give you a ballpark while you plan. They are not a binding quote, offer, or contract. Every project is custom work, and a final, written price is only valid after we measure your space in person and confirm the scope, surface condition, and design. Final pricing may differ from an online estimate.

Use of the site

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with how it works, attempt to access areas you're not authorized to use, or submit false information through our forms. The honeypot and basic checks on our forms help us reduce spam.

Our content

The text, images, logo, and design on this site belong to Dream Home Innovate, LLC or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written consent. Product names like Leggari and Stone Coat belong to their respective owners and are referenced to describe the materials we use.

Workmanship and warranty

Any warranty on installed work is described in your project agreement, not on this website. Photos on this site show the style of work we do and may include representative or stock imagery; your finished surface is custom and will be unique to your space.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, Dream Home Innovate, LLC is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on an online estimate. Nothing here limits any rights you have under your signed project agreement.
