A bar top is meant to get used. Drinks, condensation, the occasional dropped bottle. That's exactly where a poured epoxy finish shines, because it gives you that deep, glassy, wet look that's tough as nails underneath.
The look everyone wants at the bar
There's a reason high-end bars are poured, not slabbed. The gloss has depth you can't fake. We can embed a live edge of real wood, run a glowing resin river, set in bottle caps or coins, or keep it clean stone-look. Your bar, your personality.
Basement bars and wet bars are some of our favorite jobs because there's room to have fun with the design.
For a true bar look we build the flood coat a little deeper for that thick, glassy edge. Set a cold glass down and it won't leave a ring or a mark.
- Live-edge wood bars with a clear resin pour
- Glowing river bars with embedded LED lighting
- Embedded keepsakes, caps, or coins
- Deep-gloss stone-look tops for clean modern bars
Spill-proof and easy to wipe down
The finish is non-porous and sealed under a urethane top coat, so red wine, citrus, and water bead up and wipe away. No soaking into a porous stone, no etching from acidic drinks. It cleans up with a quick wipe at the end of the night.
The materials that make it last
Every job uses the same two systems. We pour a Leggari food-safe epoxy base, which is FDA-approved and low-to-no VOC, and we seal it with a Stone Coat Ultimate Top Coat, a 100% eco-friendly urethane clear coat. That top layer is the armor against scratches, heat, UV, and stains, so the surface still looks new years down the road.
The bottom line
A glassy, custom bar top built to host, whether that's a clean stone look or a live-edge river that glows. Send a photo and we'll tell you what's possible, then quote it after a quick look in person.
